to probate the will ol Oeraldlne
B. Human, Niagara Falls,
who .died November 22. leaving $1,000
and upwards realty and $1,000 and
upwards personal property. Letters
testamentary were issued to the
husband, Byron 8. Human. 2433
Cleveland avenue.
Mrs. Human left her interest in
the Brown farm in the Upper
Mountain road, Town of Lewiston,
to a sister. Marian Phillips. Middleport.
She bequeathed her interest
in the Hartland farm in Creek road.
Hartland. to her brother. Howard
M. Baer. Middleport. Her chinaware
and linens, which came to
her through the Baer and Brown
families, she bequeathed to her
sisters. Marian Phillips. Mildred
Hasting. Mt. Lebanon. Pa and
Edith Karn. Los Angeles. The balance
of the estate was bequeathed
to the husband.
