  Niagara Gazette - 2/16/1931 YOUNGSTOWN. Feb. 16-Miss Alice Balcom. 22 years old. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Balcom of the Creek road, died at St. Mary's hospital. NlagarA Falls, early this morning. Miss Balcom had been in poor health for the past year and had been a patient at the hospital for over three weeks. Besides the parents she Is survived by three sisters And five brothers All At home. They Are Lila, Grace, Norma, Lorelle, Russell, Virgil, Charles and Loren Balcom. She was A member of the Wealeyan Methodist church at Ransomville and was active In church And social Affairs until ill h e a l t h prevented. Funeral services will be held from t h e home of the parents on Thursday Afternoon At 1:30 And at 2 o'clock from the Wesleyan church. The Rev. Walter Readette will officiate. Interment will be in Hoesmer cemetery.
