Peter Ward, a lifelong and well-
known resident of the town of Parma
died at his home at Parma Comers on
Wednesday, March 6.
Mr. Ward was born in Parma, July
5, 1857. He conducted a hotel at
Parma Corners for several years and
had been in the meat business there
for the past eighteen years.
He is survived by his widow, Anna
McGuire Ward; five daughters, Mrs.
Austin Ballard of Spencerport, mrs.
Lloyd Buckley of Rochestr, Marian
E., Kathryn I., and Ruth Ward, and
one son, J. Francis Ward, all of
Parma; two grandchildren and one
brother, John Ward of Brockport.
Funeral services were held from the
home last Saturday morning at 8:15
o'clock. Burial in Brockport.
