  Niagara Gazette - 10/21/1964 Funeral services have been held in Spartanburg, S.C., for a former Niagara Falls resident who died there Oct. 13 after a short illness. Mrs. C. L. Flow, 66, moved to that city about 40 years ago. She was daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Band, of LaSalle Avenue. Surviving are her husband, Lennox Flow Flow Jr., Greenville, S.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Arthur France and Mrs. Frederick Kilgour, both of this city, and Mrs. W i l l i am Brown, Lockport; two brothers, Donald Band, Buffalo, and William A. Band, Morganton, N.C.; and two grandchildren.
