Bulman-Merrill
A lovely fall wedding was solem-
nized at Green Gables in Rochester on
Wednesday, September 27, 1944, at 4
o'clock, when Miss Elizabeth Porter
Merrill, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Wirt Merrill of Waterport, became the
bride of Warren Robert Bulman, son
of Mrs. Irene Bulman of Mosley Rd
Fairport.
Precceding the ceremony, Miss Bata
Clark of Rochester sang "O Promise
Me"
and "I Love You Truly." She
was accompanied by her mother, Mrs.
Clark, who also played the wedding
march.
The vows were heard by the Rev.
Robert J. Macdpnald of Rochester in
front of the fireplace where gladioli
were arranged.
The bride, given in marriage by
her father, was gowned -in royal blue
velvet with mathing hat and a cor-
sage of gardenias. Mrs. Charles Gag-
liano of Rochester, matron or honor,
wore purple velvet with fuchsia ac-
cessories and a corsage of roses.
Elmer George Minwell, Arm3c, was
best man.
A reception and tea followed the
ceremony.
Upon their return from a short
wedding trip Mr. and Mrs. Bulman
will reside on Mosley Rd.
Prenuptial events included a variety
shower given by Mrs. Howard DeNise
and a dinner by Miss Ruth Barnhart.
