  Carol (nee Bugenhagen) Barber, age 75, of Amherst, formerly of North Tonawanda, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at her residence after a long illness. Born in Lockport, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Agnes (nee Hassan) Bugenhagen. Mrs. Barber had been a member of the Buffalo Clown Alley as "Mrs. Busy B". She is survived by her husband, Ronald C. Barber; three daughters, Connie (Gerald) Michlin of North Tonawanda, Susan (John) Tanner of Amherst and Theresa (Shawn) Kilroy of Amherst; a brother, Ken (Judy) Bugenhagen of Sanborn; and 14 grandchildren, Andrew, Katie, Emily, Joseph, Anna, Faith, Colleen, Sarah, Matthew, Kristin, Daniel, Mary, and Samantha. Also surviving are 3 great-grandchildren, Aiden, Christian and Jotham, and nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 5-7 PM on Friday only at the HAMP FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 37 Adam Street at Seymour, Tonawanda, where funeral services will be held at 7 PM Friday; the Rev. Msgr. Paul J. Belzer officiating. Friends invited. Interment will be cared for privately at Elmlawn Cemetery, Town of Tonawanda.
