  Utica NY Daily Press - 7/30/1976 Walter E. Barber, 84, a resident of the Hunter House and formerly of the Oneida Mobile Court, 13 Herkimer Rd., died yesterday in St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was born in Utica and attended public schools here. In 1930 he married Priscella O'Toole in Utica. She died in 1974. Mr. Barber was a member of the Utica Fire Department from 1920 until his retirement in 1945. From 1945 to 1960 Mr. and Mrs. Barber lived in Califor- nia. He was a US. Army veteran of WW I and a member of the Calvary Episcopal Church. He leaves two stepsons, Charles V. O'Toole of Pittsburgh and Robert J. O'Toole of New York Mills. The funeral will be at 10 Monday from the Heintz Funeral Home with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, New Hartford. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Sunday.
