 Lee Center, Feb. 27. Funeral
 services for Mrs. Herbert Burch
 were largely attended from her
 home at Lee Valley, at 2 o'clock,
 and from the Lee Valley church at
 2:30 on Sunday, Rev. A. E:. B,
 Blundon, pastor ol the local church
 was the officiating clergyman, Two
 selections, "Shall We Gather at the
 River,' arid "Safe in the Arms  of
 Jesus," were sung by Charles
 Lloyd, and C. Alfred Leibt. Mrs.
 Gertrude Ritter was the accompan-
 ist.
 Those acting as bearers were,
 Walter Barnard, Robert Shear,
 Lorenzo Danster,. Byron Wilson,
 Frank Karien, Edward Rasha, Flor-
 al pieces from relatives,friends and
 neighbors were silent tributes of
 respect. Interment was made in
 Lee Valley cemetery.
 Out of town friends and relatives
 who attended the funeral were:
 Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Ford, Hillside;
 Miss Elsie Burch, Mrs. Bessie
 Burch, Mrs. Frank Braadt, Roches-
 ter, Mr. and Mrs. Seymour Bar-
 ringer, Mr. and Mrs. NewtonTif-
 fany, Ava; Mr. and Mrs. Willis
 Vandewalker, Rome.

 Lee Valley. Feb. 21- Mrs. Her
 bert Burch, 76, passed away at her
 home here Thursday night of heart
 disease. She had been a shut-in
 for many years.
 Arvilla Barringer was born in
 Highmarket and had lived here for
 many years.
 Surviving beside her husband
 are three daughters, Mrs. Sidney
 Turner, Mrs. Bertha Ford of Lee
 Center and Mrs. Fred Collatz of
 Lorena; also several grandchildren
 and nieces and nephews.
 Funeral services will be held
 Sunday afternoon at the family
 home at 2 o'clock and at Lee Valley
 Church at 2:30 o'clock. Rev. A. E.
 B. Blundon of Lee Center M. E.
 Church will officiate. Interraeut
 will be made in Lee Valley Ceme
 tery.
