  Lockport NY Union Sun Journal - 11/19/1959 AKRON - Ernest G. Brucker, 69, of Tonawanda Creek Rd., died in his home Wednesday morning (Nov. 18, 1959). Mr. Brucker was born in the Town of Newstead on Jan. 28, 1890 and had resided here all his life. He was a member of the Town Board of Assessors for 16 years before he retired on Aug. 1, 1959. Surviving are his wife, Jennie; one son, Lloyd; six brothers, Herman, Franklin, Edward and William, all of Akron, Henry and Albert of Middleport; four sisters, Mrs. Nora Meahl, Mrs. Norman Deaver and Mrs. William Mosher, all of Lockport, and Mrs. Henry Wagner of Akron also two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 Saturday afternoon at the Bernhardt Funeral Home. Burial will be in Eldred Cemetery
