NEWFANE-Mrs. Nina Wilkins
Bates, 48, of 6328 Dale
Road; died today (May 1,
1965) in Mount View Hospital,
Lockport, where she had been
a patient for four weeks.
She was born at Burt, March
26,' 1917, a daughter of Elwood
and Eva Viehl Wilkins. She
married Robert E. Bates at
Akron, N.Y., in 1936. She was
a graduate of Newfane Central
School and is a former
apple blossom queen here.
