  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 1/7/1984 BATT - Edward H. Batt, 78, of Tonawanda, unexpectedly Friday (January 6, 1984) at his residence. A native of Tonawanda, he was a member of St Francis of Assisi Church, Niagara Hose Co., Tonawanda Senior Citizens, Salvation Army Golden Agers and the Greater Buffalo Board of Realtors He is survived by his wife, Hazel (nee Hart) Batt; a son, Richard H (Patricia) Batt of North Tonawanda; four grandchildren; three step grandchildren and one great grandson Friends may call Saturday evening from 7 to 9 and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at John 0 Roth Funeral Home. Inc . Morgan and William Sts, Tonawanda. A A Mass of Chreistian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Church Monday at 9:30 am., the Rev Msgr Ralph M Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
