  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 9/24/1962 Word has been received of the death of William G. Rathgeber, a former resident of North Tonawanda. who -died. Sept. 1 at the age of 66. He had lived in Washington DC. for the past 25 years. He was a lieutenant in the guard system for the Central Intelligence Agency. He was a veteran of World War I, a former member of the Eldredge Club and Post 264. American Legion. He also was member of the Legion band. He is survived by three nephews and a niece, Robert, Richard Roberta Hempel of North Tona- wanda and Hugh Bilyea of Huron, Burial was with full military honors in Arlington National hospital here Saturday following Cemetery.
