- Deborah J. Neal, 71, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Erie County Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on December 18, 1953 she was the daughter of the late Dallas W. and Barbara J. (Tilton) Smith.
Debbie graduated in 1972 from Madonna High School. She sang and played guitar at various masses and weddings with best friend Mary Kay Whalen-Hoffman.
Moved to Syracuse 1972 for business school and worked at Kemper Ins Co. Division Office. Moved back Niagara Falls and married 1st husband Philip J. Beahen who survives her along with their daughter Stephanie (Stanton) J. Beahen.
Debbie is survived by her husband of 27 years Denis E. Neal. Christopher (Katie) Neal and Kevin (Carrie) Neal along with 5 grand children and 1 great grandchild. Also survived by sisters Cynthia A Socko & Stacy White of Niagara Falls. Brother-in-law Herman (late Jeanine) Luzier. Several nieces & nephews, half brother Sam (Carol) Smith of Michigan.
There is NO PRIOR visitation. Burial in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY, will take place at the convenience of the family. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital/ Memorial Giving, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959, stjude.org/memorial.
