Village Trustee Daniel H. Beary,
of Rye, died suddenly at his.home in
that village last week. The'cause of
death was heart disease. He was fifty-
two years of age and was a prominent
builder. He was a member of
the Port Chester Lodge of Elks,
Knights of Columbus, Royal Arcanum
and the Building Construction -Employes'
Association, of Rye.
He is.survived by a wife, four sons
and three daughters, six Sisters and
two brothers. One son is the Rev.
Beary, of Croton, N. Y.

Rye, N. T., died suddenly of heart dis-
ease at his home in Rye yesterday. He
was fifty-two years old. He was prominent
in Democratic politics, a member
of the Port Chester Lodge of Elks, Knights
of Cohimbus, the Royal Arcanum and the
Building Construction Employes' Association
of Rye. Besides his wife, four
sons and three daughters, he is survived
by six sisters and two brothers.
