Lois was a lifelong resident of North Tonawanda. She loved spending time with her family. She was the wife of the late Richard Howell, who died in 2005. Beloved mother of Bonnie Howell of Middlesex, NY, Paul (Debra) Howell of North Tonawanda, and Debra (James) Buddenhagen of Penn Yan, NY; grandmother of Jennifer (Mark) Miriglia, Timothy Dellario, Jason and Jacob Buddenhagen and Stephanie Howell; great-grandmother of Tyler and Lillian Miriglia; sister of Norman, Howard and David (Eleanor) Hanes and the late William, Donald and Robert Hanes; sister-in-law of Florence Hanes Miranda; special friend of Elsie Shaw. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd., in North Tonawanda Friday, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 11 AM. The Rev. Jeremy Lopez will officiate.
