- Marie M. Becker, of the Town of Wheatfield, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015, in Northgate Manor, North Tonawanda, NY. She was born in North Tonawanda, NY, on June 9, 1927, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Alice (Rae) Miller.
Mrs. Becker was a graduate of North Tonawanda High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and doing ceramics.
Mrs. Becker was the wife of the late John W. Becker, who died in November of 2006. She is survived by one son David (Robin) Becker of Sanborn, one daughter Linda (Ronald) Brown of Rochester, NY, two grand daughters Mary (David) Barber and Jennifer Willis, a great grandson Jackson and a brother Don (Barbara) Miller, also many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Becker was the grandmother of the late Kevin Brown.
Private funeral services were held at the wishes of her family.
Memorials may be made in her name to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
