NIAGARA FALLS — Antonette (Frescino) Narron, 81, of Apollo Beach, FL, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY, died on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at South Bay Hospital in Sun City, FL. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Assunta (Sdao) Frescino.
Antonette attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. She was employed as a finance office clerk by the U.S. Government and worked at the U.S. Air Force base in Niagara Falls until she retired in 1987 after thirty-seven years of service. On March 31, 1998, she married Alonza Mike M. Narron in Brandon, FL, shortly after moving to Florida where she currently resided. She was a member of The Golden Agers and St. Joseph's Church Seniors in Niagara Falls. In her leisure time, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting and shopping as well as browsing merchandise in the stores.
In addition to her husband, Antonette is survived by one sister, Mary (late Michael) Fedak of Niagara Falls, NY; two brothers, Joseph Frescino of Grand Island, NY and John (Dorothy) Frescino of Lewiston, NY; and was predeceased by two sisters, Diana Frescino and Palma (late Robert) Talladay. She is also survived by one step-daughter, Veronica (Matt) Kittok; two grandchildren, Hollis and Haak Kittok; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Antonette was the Godmother of her nieces, the late Debbie Fedak and the late Beth Fedak-Hadad.
There will be no prior visitation. Private funeral services and burial in St. Joseph Cemetery were held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY.
