  Niagara Gazette - 3/28/1961 Gaetano Bellavia, 79, of 455 18 St., died today (March 28, 1961) at Memorial Hospital after a short illness. . A native of Italy, he had lived in this city for 50 years. Prior to his retirement, he had been employed at the Hooker Chemical Corp. for 25 years. He was a member of the Umberto Nobile Society. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Jennie Bellavia; two sons, Philip and Frank Bellavia; two daughters, Mrs. Anthony DeFazio and Mrs. Frank Vernone, all of this city, and several grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are being made at the Amato Funeral Home.
