John Mitravich, 1512 Niagara St., died Friday
(March 3, 1967) at the Carborundum Co.'s Buffalo
Avenue plant. Coroner Oscar Bell said death was
caused by an apparent heart attack. Mr. Mitravich
was 61. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Memorial
Hospital at 2:30 p.m.
Born in DuBois, Pa., he had.
lived in Niagara Falls for the
last 45 years. Mr. Mitravich
was a member of the 25-year
Club of Carborundum and a
member of the Fraternal Order
of Eagles. He worked as a
moulder at Carborundum.
He is survived by his widow,
Josephine Mitravich; four sons,
John R., James and Thomas
Mitravich, all of Niagara Falls,
and PO 2.C. William Mitravich,
United States Navy, Hawaii;
two daughters, Mrs. William
(Joanne) Robinson, Haddonsfield,
N. J. and Marie Mitra*
vich, Niagara Falls.
Mr. Mitravish is also survived
by his mother, Gabriella Mitra-
Mrs. Stanley (Isabelle) Fuller,
Mrs. John (Mary) Stankievich
and Mrs. Stephen (Alice) Breck,
all of DuBois, Pa., Mrs. Wallace
(Adele) Hill, Beaver Falls,
Pa., and Mrs. Howard (Julia)
Beemer, . Niagara Falls; and
three brothers, Sylvester Mitravich,
Rochester, Pa., and Joseph
and Peter A. Mitravich,
both of Niagara Falls.
Funeral services will be Tuesday
at 8:15 a.m. in the Tubinis
Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. in
Our Lady of Rosary Church.
Recitation of the rosary will
vich, DuBois, Pa.; five sisters,
be Monday at 8:30 p.m.
Burial will be in the Gate of
Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston.
Friends may call Sunday and
Monday from 2-5 p.m. and
7-10 p.m.
