She lived in the Twin Cities for many years before moving to Clarence, NY. She retired from Sierra Research where she was the Manager of Employee Benefits. A member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and Ladies Guild, she was 50-year member, past President and past Club Woman of the Year of the Business and Professional Women's Club of the Tonawandas. Member and past President of the Erie Niagara Sunrise Exchange Club. Devoted grandmother, great-grandmother, Bill's fan and avid golfer. Loving wife of Harry S. Baxter, who passed away in 1992. Beloved mother of Deborah S. (John) Kwarciany of North Tonawanda, NY, Christine S. Bernhardt of Warsaw, NY and Norman F. (Eileen) Dauphin of North Tonawanda, NY. Stepmother of Larry S.
