  Lockport NY Union Sun Journal - 12/29/1956 Mrs. Wilhelmina Gottschalk, 83. former resident of Lockport died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harry Whitehead of Barker. Mrs. Gottschalk was born in Germany and came to this country at the age of 14. She formerly lived at 23 Hill St. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Lockport, the Ladies Aid Society of the church, and was a Gold Star Mother of the American Legion Auxiliary. Other survivors include a son, Walter W. of Barker and a daugh- ter, Mrs. John Bloom of Lockport, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. The body is at Taylor and Reyn- olds Funeral Home.
