A quiet wedding was solemnized
last evening at the home of Mrs. Polly
Behrens of 24 Washington street when
her daughter, Florence A., was united
in marriage to Mr. Harold E. Hamblet
of Oliver street. Rev. Willis T. Hume,
pastor of the Third Presbyteriann
Church performed the ceremony, in
the presence of forty guests. The
bride was gowned in white embroider-
ed batiste and carried white sweet-
peas. Miss Lillian Behrens, sisteer of
the bride, was maid-of-honor and wore
white voile and carried pink sweet-
peas. Mr. Charles Thornley was the
best man. Covers were laid for twelve
at the bride's table, decorations be-
ing in pink and white roses. Mr.
Charles Extman of Wolcottsville was
among the guests present. Mr. and
Mrs. Hamblet left for a wedding
journey and will be at home in 95
Jackson avenue, after July 17th.
