- John C. Middaugh, of Midland, Texas, passed away May 28 after a long illness. He was born January 9, 1950 In Lockport, NY to Roger and Jean Middaugh, was a graduate of DeSales Catholic High School and attended Buffalo State College. John was the father of Cori Herbst and had four grandchildren. He moved to Naples, Fla and later relocated to Odessa, Texas. John Middaugh worked for the Beiter Insurance Agency, Moss Insurance Agency/Buffalo Fire Office, and later worked at the Lockport Tuscarora Club, Shamus Restaurant and Faces Restaurant in Lockport. He remained active in wine and liquor sales in Florida and in restaurant management in Texas. Funeral arrangements that took place in Texas were private.
