  Auburn NY Citizen Advertiser - 6/3/1984 Mrs. Evelyn Clark Belknap of E Genesee St Rd.. Skaneateles died Saturday morning at Mercy Rehabilitation Center. She was a life resident of Skaneateles and was the widow of Roscoe R. Belknap. who died in 1982 She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Skaneateles. She is survived by two daughters. Mrs. Frances K. Rice of Marcellus and Eleanor B. Babcock of Nashville. Tennessee, a son. James R Belknap of Marcellus: three brothers. Alfred Clark of Auburn. George Clark of Skaneateles and Carl Clark of Marcellus: 7 grandchildren. Services will be held at a time to be announced at the Robert D Gray Funeral Home.
