The marriage of Miss Irene Bell,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John
Bell, of ^Seventy-third street, and
Mr. William Patrick, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Hugh Patrick, of Portage
read, was solemnized Saturday
morning, September.23, at 10 o'clock
at the Epiphany church. The .Rev.
David H. Weeks officiated at the
service. The altar was decorated
with gladlolas.
The bride wore a becoming gown
of dark blue velveteen with du-
bonnet accessories. She wore a
shoulder corsage of pink and red
roses and blue forget-me-nots. the
bride also wore a gold locket, a
gift from the groom.
Miss Janette Richardson, maid of
honor and only attendant, wore a
Dubonnet velveteen dress with
matching accessories. Her shoulder
corsage was of yellow roses and
blue forget-me-nots.
Mr. Fred Hutchinson was best
man. The bride's mother wore a
black lace gown and thebride-
groom's mother wore a wine crepe
gown.
Immediately following the cere-
mony a wedding breakfast was
served for the members of the fam-
ily and friends at the home of th e
bride. The bride's table was cen-
tered with a four-tier wedding cake
topped with a miniature bride and
groom. After a short motor trip
Mr. and Mrs. William Patrick will
reside at Portage road.
The couple was the recipient of
many beautiful gifts.
