Dorothea M. Haseley
Formerly operated dairy farm
NEWFANE - Dorothea M. Haseley, 81, of 7224 Ellicott Road, Town of Newfane, was pronounced dead on arrival at Newfane InterCommunity Hospital yesterday (Oct. 11, 1983) after being stricken ill at her residence. Born in the Town of Cambria, the daughter of August and Mary Tanger Yaudem, she and her husband, Arthur L., who survives, marked their 52nd wedding anniversary in June and had operated the dairy farm until 10 years ago at the Ellicott Road address. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid Society of the church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Ruth Howe of Medina and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Funeral services will be held a the Zion Lutheran.
