TONAWANDA-Miss Elsie H.
Leber, 59, of 5 Freemont St., died
Thursday afternoon (Sept. 4, 1958)
in DcGraff Memorial Hospital
after a lengthy illness.
A lifelong resident of this city,
Miss Leber was employed in a
supervisory capacity by the Remington-
Rand Corp. plant here for
41 years. She was a member of
the Rem-Rand 25-Year Club and
of Salem United Church of Christ.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs.
Alexander Leber; with whom she
resided; four sisters, Mrs. Fred
Sattelberg this city, Mrs. William
Hurdiss and Mrs. Edmund Hartwig,
both of, North Tonawanda,
and Mrs. Carl Belling, Amherst;
three brothers, Carl and Edward
Leber, this city, and Joseph Leber,
Buffalo.
The Rev. Walter H. Hetzel, assisted
by Miss Leber's nephew, the
Rev. Richard Hurdiss, Cleveland,
Ohio, will conduct funeral services
at 2 p.m. Monday at the Hilliard
Funeral Home. Burial will be in
White Chapel Memorial Park.
