Murray W. Morrow, Sr., 64,
died May 4, 1956, at his home
in Batavia, after a lingering illness.
He was born in Bristol on
April 18, 1892, a son of John and
Carrie Bellis Morrow.
He had lived for forty years
in Batavia, and was a member
of the Methodist Church, the
Loyal Order of Moose, the
painters' union, and was a charter
member of Eagles Aerie.
He leaves his wife, Mrs. Eva
Bradley Morrow; two sons, Murray
W. and Robert H. Morrow,
both of Batavia; three daughters,
Eva, at home, Mrs. Richard
Bodane, of Fairport, and
Mrs. Angelo Prospero, Jr., of
Buffalo, three brothers, Robert
and Ray Morrow, of Naples, and
Henry Morrow, of Holcomb; a
sister, Mrs. Sadie Phillips, of
Rochester; nine grandchildren.
Services were held Monday
at 2 p. m. in Batavia, conducted
by Rev. G. Charles Weaver, of
the Methodist Church. Burial
was made in Grand View cemetery,
Batavia.
