A former nurse at Mount View
Hospital, Mrs. Grace Sprague,
71, of 73 LaGrange St., died in
Lockport Memorial Hospital
Tuesday morning (Feb. 18, 1904)
after a long illness.
She was born in the Town of
Newfane, Feb. 11, 1893. the
daughter of Eugene A. and Han
na Bendt Price. Her husband,
Leslie H. Sprague, died Feb. 16,
1930. In 1961, after 33 years at
the Niagara County Sanatorium,
now known as Mount View Hospital,
she retired.
Several cousins survive her.
Friends may call until Thursday
noon at the Prudden and
Kandt Funeral Home. 242 Genesee
St. The funeral will be
held at the Seventh Day Adventist
Church, West High St.. at
2:30 p.m. Thursday with the Rev.
Ralph T. Heiner officiating.
Burial will be in North R i d g e
Cemetery.
