Notes - Mildred H. (nee Criswell) Benedict of Lockport, NY, entered into rest on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Born on January 29, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Harriett (Wienke) Criswell.
Mildred was a 30-year volunteer for Meals-on-Wheels. She enjoyed bingo, crosswords and spending time with her grandsons.
Wife of the late Delos R. Benedict; mother of Delos (Generosa) Benedict of Las Vegas, NV and Kathryn "Kitty" (Matthew) Fogle of Lockport; her adoptive daughter, Kristina Doyle of New York City; grandmother of Jonathon, Jaqueline, Joseph (Theresa), Owen, Jack and Giuliana; sister of Laura Terbell, Edward (Patricia) Criswell, Cecelia (late James) Hart, Marilyn (Jerrold) Johnson and the late Albert (late Betty) Criswell, Robert (Barbara) Criswell and Carol (late Herbert) Drachenburg. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
No prior visitation. Private service. Interment Cold Springs Cemetery. Arrangements by PROVENZANO MEMORIAL CHAPEL.
