  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 6/2/1947 Mrs. Louise Kratt nee Kiphuth, 79, died Saturday evening at her home, 240 Young street, after a brief illness. She was lifelong resident, a member of the Salem Evangelical and Reformed church, the Women's Guild, the Adult Bible class and the Missionary society of the church. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Lockman; two grandchildren, Jean and Jane Lockman; a sister, Miss Lena Kiphuth, all of Tonawanda, and a brother, John Kiphuth of Orlando, Fla. Rites will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 from the residence. The Rev. Walter F. Hetzel will officiate. Burial will be in Elmlawn.
