  Warsaw NY Wyoming County Times - 10/20/1960 Roy H. Turtle of Johnsonburg, a lifelong- resident of that area died in." the Wyoming County Community Hospital on Sunday, October 16th. He was born in Johnsonburg, December 4, 1877, the son of Orange ; and Mary Smith Tuttle and on March 4, 1914 he married Nellie Bennion who survives him. He also leaves six grandchildren and a cousin, Orrin. Lawton of Attica. The funeral was held at the Weeks Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 19th at 2 p. m. with the interment in the John- sonburg Cemetery. The Rev. Paul Gingrich officiating. Mr. Tuttle was a member of the Johnsonburg Methodist Church. Mr. Tuttle retired as postmaster at Johnsonburg recently after serving for thirty-three years.
