  Lockport Union Sun & Journal, January 10, 1963 Mrs. H. J. Wolfe, Wolcottsville, Dies at Age 74 MIDDLEPORT - Mrs. Edna Giertz Wolfe, 74, of Wolcottsville widow of Henry K. Wolfe, died Wednesday (Jan. 9, 1963) at Medina Memorial Hospital. Born Nov. 21, 1888, in the Town of Oakfield, Genesee County, she was a daughter of August and Anna Giertz. She lived most of her life in Wolcottsville she was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church there. Her husband died in 1958. surviving are eight daughters, Mrs. Anna Eick and Mrs. Inez Fink, both of this village, Mrs. Gertrude Glena, Mrs. Erma Glena, Mrs. Ruth Ewalt, Mrs. Helen Kozioski, Mrs. Mabel Morgan, all of Wolcottsville, Mrs. Dolores Landon, Lockport; a son, Kenneth Wolfe, Wolcottsville; two sisters, Mrs. Rosetta Wagner, Mrs. Elsie Wagner, both, of Wolcottsville; a brother, Walter Giertz, Lockport; 32 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 pm., today and Friday at the Wallace & Heath Funeral Home and from 1-2 p.m. Saturday at St. Michael's Church, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. by Rev. Hilbert Huth. Burial will be in Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery.
