Worked for 25 years at railway company
LEWISTON - Isabel (Holland) Zielinski, 82, of Washington Drive, formerly of Laughlin Drive in Niagara Falls, died Saturday March 13, 1999) In Mount St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness. She was born July 17th, 1916, in Niagara Falls, the daughter of Herman and Helen Holland. She attended local schools and wa a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. She also graduated from the Bryant and Stratton Business Institute. Mrs. Zielinski was employed for 25 years at the former Niagara Junction Railway Co. on Buffalo Avenue. She retired as chief accountant. She was a memebr of the Niagara Womens Social Club. Mrs. Zielinski enjoyed playing bridge and reading. She was preceded by her husbands anthony J. Nonne who died in 1954, and Edward Zielinski, who died in November 1979. She is survived by daughter Eleanor D. Noone of Lewiston, two step-daughters, Mary Jane Obermuller of Youngtown, and Marion Becker of Chesapeake, Va. and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Norman Holland. There will be no prior visitation. The Rev. Gregory Hall will condust a graveside service at 2 pm Tuesday in St. Matthew's Evangellical Lutheran Cemetery, North Tonawanda. Memorial contributions may be made to the Riverside Presbyterian Church, 815 4th St, Niagara Falls, NY. 14304. Arrangements were made by the Lane Funeral Home.
