  Medina NY Daily Register Journal - 4/26/1924 The death of Caroline Benz, aged 84, wife of Carl Benz, died at her home on Church Street Friday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock, after a lingering illness. The deceased had lived in the vicinity of Medina the greater part of her life and for the past nine years has been a resident here. Mrs. Benz is survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Minnie Krause of Medina, and Mrs. John Strabe of Middleport, and three sons Charles Benz of Shelby, William Benz of'Medina, arid Fred Benz of Buffalo. The funeral will be held from St. Peter's "Church' on West Avenue Monday afternoon at- 1:86 o'clock,. Rev. 'Theodore Kuehner officiating. Burial will "be made at Green Mountain Cemetery at Gasport.
