  Niagara Gazette - 6/11/1967 Nicholas B. Berak, 82, of 9609 Greenwald Ave. died at home Friday (June 9, 1967). He was the husband of the late Bessie Berak. Born in Austria, he had lived in this city for 50 years. Mr. Berak owned and operated the Berak Construction Co. for 20 years. He was later employed by the Autolite Co. until his retirement in 1950. Mr. Berak is survived by three sons, John F., George, and Samuel Berak all of this city. Funeral services will be held at the Spallino Funeral Home Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. and at St Joseph's Church at 10:15 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. today and Monday.
