Jason was born September 25, 1975 in Niagara Falls, NY, son of
Cookie (Gene) Sembert and the late George L. Francis Jr.
Jason is survived by his wife, Kelly Francis; his children, Kacey, Jason and Madison; Son in law of Leigh Andrews, brother in law to Lindsey (Hector ) Acevedo and Dan (Kristin ) Andrews, step brother Phil Sembert, Joseph (Kristen) Hescox, and his dear friend, Val
Fichtinger, also surviving are many cousins and friends. Jason loved his children, hunting and fishing.
Friends may call Saturday (January 5, 2019) from 4-8 PM at the WATTENGEL FUNERAL HOME, 307 OLIVER STREET, North Tonawanda, where funeral services will be held at 8 PM.
