- The family of Mark A. Brown, 60, of Niagara Falls, NY, is deeply saddened to announce his unexpected death on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at his residence. Born on August 22, 1962, he was the son of the late Joseph Frank and Mary Helena (Zadik) Brown, Jr.
Mark was a 1980 graduate of Niagara Falls High School. After graduating, Mark enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he served proudly from 1980 until his honorable discharge in 1984, spending time in Okinawa, Japan, and attaining the rank of Sergeant. At the time of his passing, Mark was an electrician at Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino, where he worked for the past 6 years. Prior to that, he was employed in the same capacity at Seneca Niagara Casino for 15 years. Mark enjoyed feeding the squirrels, cooking, and above all, spending time with his daughters.
Mark is survived by his two daughters, Andrea Nicole Brown and Amanda Jean Brown, both of whom were his top priority, and was expecting 1 grandson. He is also survived by his beloved companion, Sheena Davis; four heart-broken siblings, Mary Elizabeth ‘Beth’ Brown Warrington, Michael Joseph Brown, Karen Susan Brown and Kevin Frank Brown, as well as several loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Mark was married to and is also survived by Lynn (Genovese) Brown.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 1 from 3 – 6:30 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where funeral services will be held at 6:30 PM, concluding with Military Honors.
