"Jr." September 6, 2015, age 87 Beloved husband of 59 years of the late Ruth (nee Berndt) Sykes; loving father of Charles (Pamela), Terry (Linda), Robert (Julie) Sykes, Donna (William) Sherwood, Kevin (Joann), Todd (Renae) and Scott (Kelly) Sykes; Cherished grandfather of 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; caring brother of Patricia (Nelson) Lipp; also survived by nieces and nephews. The family will be present on Wednesday and Thursday from 4-8 PM at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2600 Sheridan Drive (corner of Parker Blvd). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday from St. Leo the Great RC Church, 885 Sweet Home Rd, Amherst at 9:15 AM. Please assemble at the church. Flowers gratefully declined.
