COLOSIMO Sophie M. Colosimo,
81; of Tonawanda, Saturday (August
24, 1985) after a brief illness. A
resident of Tonawanda for more
than 40 years, she was a member of
St. Francis of Assisi Church.
She is survived by her husband
Frank F. Colosimo, three daugh
ters, Kathryn R. Colosimo, Mrs.
Robert (Fay) Schultz and Mrs
Walter (Fran) Berndt, all of Tona
wanda; two sisters, Mrs. John (Vio-
14) Hughes of Arnoldsville, Georgia
and Mrs. Jenny Yarger of New
Bethlehem, Pa.; three grand
children, Mrs. Paul (Candace)
Schwegler, Donald R. Schultz and
Mark C. Berndt, all of Tonawanda;
afeo surviving are a great-grandson,
Jeffrey P. Schwegler and several
nieces and nephews.
The family will be present from
2j4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Hamp Funeral
Home, Inc., Adam and Seymour
Sts., Tonawanda where prayers will
be said at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday
followed by a Mass of Christian
Burial at 9:30 a.m. at St. Francis of
Assisi Church. Interment at Mt
Oijvet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,
memorials to the American
Diabetes Foundation are preferred
by the family.
