Funeral services for Harry W.
Brown, 77, at one time a promi-
nent figure skater who was the
father of Mrs. Howard c. Berner
Town of Tonawanda, will be con-
ducted at 2 p.m. tomorrow at
Loomis, Offers and Loomis Me-
morial Chapel, 1820 Seneca St.,
Buffalo.
Burial will be in St. Matthews
Cemetery, Gardenville.
Mr. Brown died Saturday night
in Millard Fillmore Hospital after
a short illness. He had been a
member of the Buffalo Skating
Club for many years and up to
last year had participated in the
annual ice carnival at Nichols
School. For 37 years, he had been
employed by Danahy Packing Co.
and when he retired in July, 1937,
was master mechanic at the Sana-
hy plant.
Besides Mrs. Berner, Mr. Brown
is survived by his wife, Katherine
Hauber Brown, and a son, Harry
G. Brown of Buffalo.
