  David R. Bedford Obituary David Bedford of Newfane, NY husband of Evelyn Hubbard Bedford and the late Doris Heim Bedford entered into rest on Friday, April 12, 2024. He was born in Lockport, NY on April 25, 1935, son of the late Marvin and Alicia Parker Bedford. David was the owner and operator of Bedford Blacktop for 60 years, retiring in 2015. He was a member of Moose Club and AMVETS in Florida. Father of Joan (Gordon) Rignel, Judy (Thomas) Jordan, Jean (Dan) Morse, Beth (David) Shero, Bonnie (late Michael) Cultip, James (Melissa) Bedford and Patrick (Ann) Bedford. Stepfather of Thomas (Laura) Hubbard and Loren (Beth) DuBois. Brother of Sharon (Don) Tombari and the late Robert (Margaret) Bedford, Marvin (Mary) Bedford, and Mary Alicia (Red) LaMountain. Also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family and friends may call at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 2-6pm where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at 11am. Burial will be in Corwin Cemetery.
