She was a graduate of the Wilson High School, Millard Fillmore Hospital School of Nursing; Samuel Merritt Hospital School of Medical Record Service in Oakland, CA and the College of Holy Names in Oakland, CA. She retired from the United States Public Health Service after over twenty years of service. She was the daughter of the late Ellsworth and Nina (Schulze) Bigalow; and the sister of the late Alanson C. Bigalow. She is survived by her cousins. No services will be held.
