  Medina NY Daily Register Journal - 6/21/1982 Howard A. Bills, 74, died Friday, June 18 in Halifax Hospital, Daytona Beach, Fla. Prior to retiring in Florida Mr. Bills lived in Attica where he retired as a guard from Attica State Prison. Mr. Bills was born in Kent, the eldest child of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank M. Bills. His wife, Helen Bills, died July 28,1981 in Florida. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Howard (Clarabel) Bliss of Rochester; three brothers, C. Elmer Bills of Ransomville, Donald L. and Dayton R. Bills of Rochester; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services and burial took place in Daytona Beach, Fla. Memorials may be made either to the American Cancer Society or the Heart Association.
