  Auburn NY Citizen Advertiser - 7/31/1961 Mrs. Josephine Bills Pickard died unexpectedly at the home of her sister. Mrs. Susan H. Hedges of 385 Owasco Rd., early Sunday. She had been in poor health since last December. Born in Auburn she had resided in Florida for 20 years before returning here six years ago. Surviving are her husband, Harry Pickard of Elbridge: one son. Chester Pickard. Laurinburg, N.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Hedges, Miss Grace M. Bills, Owasco, Mrs. Ray R. Reynolds, Attica; eight grand- children, several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tues- day at the Langham Funeral Home. Rev. Harris B. Stewart, D.D. of Aurora will officiate. Burial will be in Soule Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
