  Marcellus NY Weekly Observer - 6/25/1986 Milo E.Bills, of Scipio Center, died June 19. A native of Owasco, Mr. Bills was a foreman for Auburn Plastics Co. until his retirement. He was a member of St. Bernard's church and a veteran of World War Two, serving with the Marine Corps in the South Pacific. Mr. Bills is survived by his wife; Harriet Zeh Bills; two sons, Michael Bills of Scipioville and Martin Bills of Scipio Center; two daughters, Lorrie Bills of Middletown, Milen Morfei of Scipio Center; six grandchil- dren, Shannon, Michele, Joseph and Joyce Ann Bills and Heather and Tarah Morfei; a brother, Fitch S. Bills of Clark Summit, Pa.; an uncle, Lewis Sewell of Auburn; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held June 21 at St. Bernard's Church.
