  Notes	North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 5/3/1949 A delightful surprise party honoring Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Bingert on their 25th wedding anniversary was given Friday evening in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Maerten, Falls Blvd. The guests of honor received many gifts of silver. After an evening of entertain- ment a buffet luncheon was served from a table decorated with Spring flowers.

  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 5/5/1952 Theodore Bingert, 53, an em- ploye of The Rudolph Wurlitzer Company for 30 years, died yes- terday in Buffalo General Hospital. An assembler in the plant, Mr. Bingert lived in 407 Falls Blvd. A member of the Rescue Hose Company, Mr. Bingert waa affili- ated with the North Tonawanda Firemen's Benevolvent Association and was a member of St. Martin's Lutheran Church. Surviving are his wife, Ethel, nee English; one son, James P. Bingert; two brothers, George and Frank, and a sister, Mrs. Fred Driscoll, all of the Tonawandas. Services will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam St. The Rev. Theo Berner will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery.
