Clarence J. Waibel, 68, died this
morning at his home, 50 Linwood
Ave., North Tonawanda. Born in
the Town of Clarence, he had re-
sided in North Tonawanda the
past 55 years. For 52 years he was
employed by the Buffalo Bolt
Company. He was a member of
Enterprize Lodge, 663, IOOF., and
the Order of the Foresters. Sur-
viving are his widow, Minnie, nee
Bisher; a daughter, Ruth, of North
Tonawanda, and two sisters, Mrs.
Richard Newbecker and Mrs.
Ernest Lindsay of the Tonawan-
das. Funeral services will be held
Sunday at 2:30 p.m. from the
Hamp Funeral Home, 37 Adam
St. The Rev. G. L. Burghard of
the Church of Christ of North
Tonawanda, of which Mr. Waibel
was a member, will officiate. Bur-
ial will be in Bear Ridge Ceme-
tery.
