Mr Edward H Baye. 73. of 5721
Walker Rd . Utica. died Sunday, January
8. 1978 at Faxton Hospital after a
short illness
He was born in Lockport. NY. August
23. 1904 son of Edward and Cora Baye
He married Pearl Goff. October 20,1925
in Lockport.He has .resided in the Utica
area since 1941 Mr Baye was an active
member of Christ Community Church,
Utica He was employed for 39 years
for the Richfield Oil Company, and was
superintendent of the Richfield Terminal
in Utica. retiring in 1969
Besides his wife, he is survived by
four sisters. Mrs Frank (.Gladys)
Sieler of Lockport. Mrs Kenneth
(Murtle) Bixler of Lockport, Mrs Harry
(Edith) Stinerof Lockport. Mrs Robert
(Mildred) Welch of Texas, one
brother. Mr Elmer Workman of Lockport
The funeral will be Wednesday evening
at 7 30 from the Wells & 'Lloyd
Funeral Home. 100 Main Street.
Whitesboro. with the Rev Robert
Peterson. Pastor of the Christ Community
Church, officiating Burial will be
in W rights Corners Cemetery. Wrights
Corners. NY Calling hours are Tuesday
7-9 and Wednesday 2-4 In lieu of
flowers, friends so desiring may make
contributions to the Christ Community
Church Memorial or Flower Fund in
Mr Baye's memory
