Peonies and other Summer flow
ers decorated Raymond Hill Church
for the wedding performed there
Saturday at & o'clock, uniting in
marriage Miss Gloria M. Savigny,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederic
Savigny, Beattle Road, and Gordon
E. Lowe, son of Mr. and Mrs.
George Lowe, Akron Road, the Rev.
Myrtle B. Squires and the Rev.
Carson E. Reber officiating
The bride, given in marriage by
her father, wore a white tailored
suit and a white picture hat. Her
flowers were white sweetheart roses
centered with white carnations.
Miss Bethel Signor of Buffalo, maid
of honor, wore a pastel pink suit
with a blue picture hat and her
flowers were white sweetheart roses
with a pink carnation center.
David Korf was best man and
ushers were Roland Bergquist and
Manley Wright.
Miss Marie Failing of Bufflao
sang "O Promise Me" and "BE-
cause."
Mrs. Savigny, mother of the bride,
wore a green print dress and Mrs.
Lowe, mother of the bridegroom,
wore a gray print.
A reception to 75 guests following
during the evening at the home
of the bride's parents, where Sum
mer flowers decorated the rooms.
Refreshments were served from a
buffet table.
Mr. and Mrs. Lowe left for a
trip to Virginia and other Southern
States, the bride wearing a blue
gabardine suit.
Out-of-town guests were from Buf
falo, Albion, Kenmore and Medina.
The bridegroom served for three
years in the Air Corps.
